How is coaching different from consulting and training? (Top) A consultant is an expert in a certain field that can analyze a situation and make recommendations on WHAT needs to be done. A coach will help you determine HOW to get it done.

In what areas do business coaches work? (Top) Usually, the client already knows what they want to achieve or resolve. However, Competitive Edge can provide an array of assessment tools and methods to better understand a client’s business situation and their current needs.
How is business coaching done? (Top) Coaching is generally done in person or by telephone, but can also be done by email and fax. The “delivery method” is usually determined by what is the most convenient and effective for the client.
How long do you usually work with clients? (Top) We encourage our new clients to consider working with us for at least 6 months to experience the full benefits of coaching. You may begin to see positive benefits very quickly, if not immediately. Many clients will work with their coaches for years if they continue to see results and benefit from the relationship.

How much does coaching cost? (Top) Coaching fees usually range from $500 to $2500 per month, per person, depending on the scope and depth required, and the delivery method that is used. Competitive Edge provides structured coaching programs that can each be customized to meet your specific needs.
